CONNOR, Justice.

This is an appeal from a disposition order in a juvenile proceeding which placed appellant on probation for three years.

On November 7, 1967, a petition was filed in the district court alleging that appellant, then a child of twelve, had committed three acts of physical assault and one act of indecent exposure.
