The plaintiff in this case is the owner of distribution rights to a motion picture film, titled "The Female". In March, 1969 the plaintiff contracted with four theatres in Allegheny County and one in Westmoreland County, both in the Western District of Pennsylvania, to exhibit the picture for a week's run.
