This matter is now before us on a motion to dismiss the appeal taken by defendant, Percy Lee, from judgment rendered against him and in favor of plaintiff. Plaintiff-appellee's motion to dismiss recites:

"1. "The record does not contain a transcript of testimony or statement of facts agreed to by the parties, or narrative of facts made by the trial court as required by Articles 2130 and 2131 of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure...
