JONES, Justice:

Appellant, Viking Supply Corporation, sued appellee, Mantee Development Foundation, Inc., for sales tax ($715.73) alleged to be due because of sales to appellee of materials. A jury in the Circuit Court of Webster County returned a verdict for appellee. We reverse and enter judgment here for appellant.

We shall hereafter refer to the parties as "Viking" and "Mantee."
