This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of armed robbery.

On August 19, 1966, an opinion (unpublished) was filed in this cause wherein the judgment was affirmed. About November 12, 1968, appellant filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in the Supreme Court and the same was treated as a petition to recall the remittitur.
