The appellant, Redisco, Inc., asks us to reverse an Order of the Superior Court denying its motion to set aside a Sheriff's sale of land under mortgage foreclosure proceedings, wherein the plaintiff was The Western Savings Fund Society of Philadelphia, and the defendants were Clifford K.
