Plaintiff, Michael Cimino, was injured when he slipped and fell on the curbing in front of a building owned by the defendant, Firestone Tire & Rubber Company ("Firestone"), a portion of which was leased to the defendant, Wardon Stops, Inc. ("Wardon").
