The plaintiff, Mary keeler, now Quesnel, was a passenger in a Volkswagen sedan, apparently the guest of the owner and operator, Bruce Costello. She was injured when the Costello car collided with a vehicle that had been parked in a driveway off Vermont Route 53 in Forestdale by the defendant Raleigh.
