These cases are before the court on petitions, brought by 73 retail business concerns, for review of a minimum wage order of the District of Columbia Minimum Wage and Industrial Safety Board.1 The order, effective July 6, 1969, supersedes an earlier Minimum Wage Order No. 3 of January 27, 1962 revised December 20, 1967, pertaining to employees in the retail trade.
