The Trustees of the Atlanta University, a Georgia corporation, and Dr. Thomas D. Jarrett, President, Trustee, and as a representative of the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta University, filed a complaint in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, against five named defendants individually and as representatives of a class of approximately 20 to 30 persons.
