Mary Lou Flannery was found guilty of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. She appeals — we affirm.

Mary Lou and Merlin Flannery, Jr. (the victim) had been divorced. The custody of their two children originally had been adjudged to the mother, but after agreement the custody was awarded to Merlin.
