On February 2, 1965, Victor D. Vaughn (hereinafter referred to as defendant) pleaded guilty to two charges of first degree robbery. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment on each charge with said sentences to run concurrently. He subsequently filed a motion under S.Ct.
