Plaintiff brought this declaratory relief action against the State Employees' Retirement System (now the Public Employees' Retirement System) to determine entitlement to the sum of $8,177 held by the clerk of court. The trial court entered a summary judgment declaring entitlement in the retirement system, and plaintiff appeals.
