Appellants instituted this action by filing a "Motion for Bill of Review" on October 10, 1966, to set aside two judgments of the Court of Domestic Relations for Nueces County, Texas, and for custody of the minor child, Linda Nell Colgan. The first judgment was rendered on April 2, 1964, and declared Linda to be a dependent and neglected child and placed her care and custody with appellees...
