GOODWIN, Justice.
Defendant appeals a conviction of armed robbery. Because of an error in the admission of evidence, the case must be retried.
The witnesses identified the defendant as the robber, and described his pistol as a small, nickel-plated revolver. One witness who was familiar with guns said it was probably a .38 calibre "Iver Johnson fiveshot revolver, possibly a Harrington Richardson," which appeared to be loaded at the time.
