OMAN, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of intentional misappropriation of property of the value of more than $100 but not more than $2,500, by means of fraudulent conduct, practices or representations, contrary to the provisions of § 40A-16-6, N.M.S.A. 1953 (Repl. Vol. 6, 1964). He was sentenced to the Penitentiary for a period of from 1 to 5 years. This sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation. On September 5, 1968, a "Standard Order...
