The petitioner, Mrs. Patricia S. Quina, filed this suit against the defendant, the Orleans Parish School Board, seeking her reinstatement in the position as a nurse instructor in the Orleans Parish Practical Nurse Program and endeavoring to recover back pay and allowances up to and including the date of her reinstatement as well as money damages in the sum of $12,500.00 together with legal interest from the date of judicial demand and attorney's fees...
