This is an appeal from the issuance by the court below of a peremptory writ of mandamus.

The County Board of Education of Washington County under authority of Title 52, Section 355, 1940 Code of Alabama, Recompiled 1958, transferred David C. Howell, a teacher at Leroy High School to North Central High School. This transfer was for the school year 1968-69. From this order of transfer, Howell demanded a hearing before the Board.
