OPINION

BURNETT, Chief Justice.

This is a declaratory judgment action between two insurance companies. It was tried on the stipulation of facts. The Chancellor held that the appellee-complainant, Commercial Union Insurance Company, was entitled to a judgment against the defendant-appellant, Universal Underwriters, Inc., for a pro-rata amount of the judgment as sued for.
