This is an appeal from an order of the District Court granting the motion of appellees William Green, et al., for summary judgment and denying the prayer of appellants Irvin Lee "Jack" Dawkins, et al., for injunctive relief. The relief sought would have enjoined state officials from enforcing certain criminal laws1 which plaintiffs-appellants allege have been applied unconstitutionally to them.
