In this diversity action the plaintiff, Allstate Insurance Company, seeks a declaration of rights under an insurance policy issued to the defendant, Jewell Harrison, in June of 1967, of liability insurance on a 1962 Chevrolet automobile, which policy was in full force and effect on May 30, 1968.
