Ouimette, R.I. 251 A.2d 412, we dismissed a bill of exceptions in which the defendant, seeking to advantage himself of Chapter 234 of the Public Laws of 1968, now G.L.1956, §§ 9-24-32 and 9-24-33, contended that the defendant in any criminal matter should be permitted to prosecute his exception to any findings, rulings, decisions, orders or judgments of the Superior or Family Court before trial as well...
