ORDER

Petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted, and the writ may issue forthwith. The respondent is directed to bring the petitioner to the Superior Court forthwith for the purpose of admitting the petitioner to bail pending hearing and determination by this Court on said writ. The Superior court shall fix the amount of bail therein pursuant to this mandate.
