The appellant in a jury waived trial was convicted for failing to submit to induction into the armed forces of the United States in violation of 50 App. U.S.C. § 462. He contends the Trial Court committed two errors: (1) finding that there was a "basis in fact" for his local Selective Service Board's refusal to classify him as a conscientious objector and (2) refusing to allow him to testify concerning events surrounding the Board's denial...
