Petitioner, currently serving a five-year sentence for the unlawful sale of narcotic drugs in violation of 26 U.S.C. section 4705(a), moves to vacate the judgment of conviction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 2255, or in the alternative to withdraw his guilty plea under Rule 32(d) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
