The parties are in agreement as to the facts. On or about April 2, 1964, defendant Mac-Way Construction Company entered into two contracts with the city of Warren, Michigan, for sewer work. These are referred to as numbers 1802-10, Project "A" and 1802-11, Project "B". The contract prices were $1,530,760 and $458,802, respectively.
