Brickey, Jr., violated the federal Mail Fraud Statute, 18 U.S.C.A. § 1341,1 by knowingly causing mail matter, identified in the respective counts, twenty-four in number, to be delivered by the Post Office Department allegedly for the purpose of executing a scheme or artifice...
