Appeal from an order of the district court denying the motion of petitioner, Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Paul, for a new trial in a proceeding initiated by the Authority to condemn real estate of Kieffer Brothers Investment and Construction Company for inclusion in an urban renewal project.
