The plaintiff in error, Frank Louis Falgout, was charged by direct information on March 14, 1966, with the crime of robbery. He was detained in the Denver County Jail until he was brought to trial on November 17, 1966. This proceeding, in which the defendant carried on his own defense, resulted in a mistrial due to an alleged error committed by the defendant.
