Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of defendant in an action or damages for personal injuries.

The accident occurred on the afternoon of November 16, 1965, at the intersection of Orange Avenue and Phillips Street in the City of Long Beach. Phillips is an east-west street, 30 feet wide.
