This is a motion by Paul Anthony Hamilton under Rule 35, Federal Rules Criminal Procedure, to correct a sentence under the Federal Youth Corrections Act, 18 U.S.C. § 5010(b), by allowing a credit of 42 days1 spent in custody prior to imposition of sentence.
