On April 26, 1966 the Public Service Commission directed petitioners to prepare plans at the earliest possible date for new permanent facilities to replace the facilities at its Columbus Avenue Station, which were partially destroyed by fire on January 14, 1966 and completely destroyed by another fire on April 8, 1966, and in the interim to provide immediately temporary shelters and temporary facilities...
