This action was originally commenced in 1950 and a judgment of dismissal for lack of prosecution was entered by the trial court in 1966. Appellants claim an abuse of discretion.

Appellants (plaintiffs) in their complaint filed in 1950 sought to recover damages against respondent, a title insurance company, for breach of escrow duties.
