This is an action by Mary Johns McElroy against Alan G. McElroy, from whom she received a bed and board divorce in Pennsylvania on October 13, 1966. The parties were married in 1955 and are the parents of two children, ages 13 and 10. Under an order of the Family Court (in New Castle County, Delaware), Mr. McElroy is paying $250 a month for support of the children.
