In this case appellant Don Sadler appeals a judgment of conviction for first degree murder with recommendation, and sentence to life imprisonment.

The Pasco County grand jury, on July 29, 1968, returned an indictment against Sadler into the local Circuit Court charging him with the offense of murder in the first degree.
