On October 24, 1965 a stabbing occurred in a hallway outside a dining room in Jackson prison. Frank Clark, a prison inmate, died as a result of knife wounds inflicted by defendant. The defendant, Roger Johnson, was proceeded against upon an information charging him with murder.1 He was found guilty of murder in the second degree by jury verdict....
