Larry James Houston petitions this court for a writ of habeas corpus claiming that his convictions in the Hustings Court of the City of Roanoke, on April 19, 1968, were in violation of his constitutional rights. He was indicted on four counts of forgery and three counts of uttering, and after a plea of not guilty and a jury trial he was convicted on all counts and sentenced to fourteen years imprisonment.
