The defendant, Alan Wade, was convicted by a jury in the Sedgwick county district court of burglary in the first degree (K.S.A. 21-513) and attempted forcible rape (K.S.A. 21-101 and 21-424). After denying a motion for new trial, the district court sentenced appellant to concurrent sentences in the state reformatory. This appeal ensued.
