Herman Evans, plaintiff-respondent, brought this action for divorce from his wife, Marguarite Evans, defendant-appellant, on grounds of extreme cruelty. He sought a division of the property claiming that most of it was his separate property. Marguarite Evans answered, denying the allegations of the plaintiff.
