Plaintiffs seek a permanent injuction restraining defendant board from using the Prospect Avenue Elementary School of the district, upon the ground that it is inadequate, unsafe and unsuitable, and from executing and implementing a "modified Princeton Plan" as adopted by the board on July 3, 1968.

There is no substantial dispute with respect to the basic facts before the court....
