This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court sustaining defendants' plea of prescription in a boundary action.

The suit was filed by George and Breard Snellings, the record owners of a tract of land bounded on the west by the Ouachita River levee and on the east by the Missouri Pacific Railroad, to fix the boundary between their land and that of the adjacent landowner to the north.
