This is an appeal from a judgment entered pursuant to the verdict of a jury in appellant-plaintiffs' suit for breach of two contracts, one written and the other oral. Under the written contract, appellants rented farm machinery from appellee. Appellee undertook in the oral contract to harvest and shell corn for appellants. The jury found $2915.50 for appellee on the oral contract and $8860 less a credit of $4500 on the written contract. This...
