By this writ of audita querela the plaintiffs, who were the defendants in a prior action in the Superior Court for Middlesex County, seek to set aside and annul those proceedings and to recover the amount paid by them in satisfaction of the execution issued in that action, G.L.c. 249, § 1. Dingman v. Myers, 13 Gray, 1.
