Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

FEATHERSTON, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioners' joint Federal income tax for 1962 of $341.48. The only issue for decision is whether petitioners are required to include in their gross income $1,500 received from petitioner-husband's employer as partial reimbursement of a loss incurred upon the sale of petitioners' personal residence.
