These four civil actions for negligence were consolidated for trial before a superior court justice sitting with a jury which returned verdicts for the defendants in all cases. After the entry of judgments in accordance with the verdicts, only the plaintiff Pazienza seasonably filed motions for new trials on the usual grounds.
