The plaintiffs, tracing their title claims to their ancestor, Polly Jackson, petition for a declaratory judgment determining the ownership of a tract of land situated in Ouachita Parish and declaring they be recognized as owners of an undivided 31/64ths interest therein free of encumbrance from an oil and gas lease granted to Texaco, Inc. by Robert E.
