Defendants are the sole members of the Bashline Hospital Association, Ltd., which is an organization of osteopathic physicians practicing in Grove City. Taking the facts as alleged in the complaint as true and correct, as we are obliged to do at this procedural posture, plaintiff is a certified radiologist.
