ON MOTION TO DISMISS WRIT OF SCIRE FACIAS

SMITH, Justice.

The motion of the sureties on appellant's recognizance bond to dismiss the writ of scire facias and to discharge them is overruled for failure to support the motion with a brief as required by Mississippi Supreme Court Rule 16 indicating that it is meritorious and should be sustained.
