Snaggs and Herman Bloch, in the sum of $5,857.08, with interest thereon from August 1, 1962, and the sum of $250 as reasonable attorneys' fees; judgment of the Civil Court is modified accordingly; and determination of the Appellate Term otherwise affirmed.
