BUSSEY, Judge:

Ulysses Charles Brewster, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted for the crime of Burglary in the Second Degree After Former Conviction of a Felony. He was sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the Penitentiary, and from said judgment and sentence he appeals.
